How to do Kukkutasana:

  1. First of all sit in padmasana posture by laying the mat.
  2. Take out the hands from the inside of the shin and thigh and place both palms on the mat.
  3. After this, one by one, bring both arms inside and bring the elbows between the thigh and the shin
  4. Keep a distance of about 4 inches in both the palms
  5. Now slowly bend forward and start increasing the weight of the body on the palms
  6. Keeping the balance, lift the hips off the ground and let all the weight of the body fall on the hands.
